Some harness facts are authored rather than observed.

This home is the navigation boundary for three independent kinds of those facts. The operator-family bank states which generic mutation damages the harness can name, the type-separation bank states directional confusions its own vocabulary must resist, and the capsule home states what a replay-bearing human admission hands to caller-owned storage.

The three compose only through their consumers. Mutation pressure resolves and plans against the operator-family bank, a compiler refusal is the evidence for a type-separation challenge, and human admission alone assembles a replay entry before asking the caller’s sink to store it. Reading a bank runs nothing, and storing an entry grants no authority to admit it.

Authority ceiling

Everything here is a fact about the harness itself. Product taxonomies, populations, vectors, and other authored facts remain with the product that owns them and enter the harness as declared input.

Runtime evidence never edits an authored bank. A proposed fact is not an admitted fact, a type-separation row is not a compiler refusal, and a mutation survivor is evidence about a witness rather than authority to grow the operator taxonomy.
