Terms of Use
Last updated: June 29, 2026
These terms govern Free Battery Factory, LLC’s marketing and contact website. They are not legal advice. They do not yet cover a SaaS product, paid digital products, customer accounts, or client portals — those will have their own terms when launched. Software we publish (open-source packages, products) is governed by its own license, not these terms.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using freebatteryfactory.com (the “website”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

- Use the website to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or scrape the site in violation of these terms
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others
Authorized, good-faith security research is addressed in our security policy.
3. No professional advice
The website and its content are provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. Nothing on the website is legal, financial, tax, security, engineering, or other professional advice, and nothing creates a professional or advisory relationship. Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written agreement.
4. Inquiries and submissions
If you contact us through a form or email, you are responsible for the information you submit. Do not send confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party proprietary information through a public form unless we have agreed to a secure method. Submitting an inquiry does not create any obligation on our part to respond, engage, or provide services. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The website’s content, design, branding, and marks are owned by Free Battery Factory, LLC or used with permission, and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant you rights to our branding or content beyond viewing the website. Open-source code and packages we publish are licensed under their own terms in their respective repositories.
6. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party websites, repositories, registries, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, or security. Links are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Free Battery Factory, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the website. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date, and continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
